Yamaha KT100S Clubman Ignition Rotor Half Cover
Many engine builders for the Clubman don’t recommend keeping the OEM metal cover over the ignition rotor, as it causes heat buildup in the crank-case and rotor area of the motor.
This cover is designed as a half-moon shape to keep the rocks, rubber and other assorted track grime out the best it can at speed, whilst still allowing the rotor area to breath,
This is 3D printed from PLA+ to assist with the ability to withstand some higher temperatures without warping or distortion.
This product includes the relevant bolts to mount it to the engine, please note during testing we found using a little bit of locktite was beneficial in ensuring that the bolts don’t shake loose whilst running- so recommend adding some when installing.
